I started my journey by training extensively in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a type of treatment that has been robustly supported by research showing it to be highly effective for treating a wide variety of mental health concerns. Over time, I have expanded my therapy ‘palette’ to include other complementary tools and techniques to better serve my clients and their unique needs. Today, I practice from an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, depending on individual need.
